Hi, I'm Flick.

Owner of Flick PT, a coastal born and bred trainer, and local of Ocean Grove for over 30 years. 

FlickPT was established in 2009, nestled in a vibrant community where active lifestyles thrive among men, women, and families. This unique corner of the world has become home to a dynamic fitness journey led by a dedicated professional and enthusiastic trainer, Flick.

Most days, I’m lucky enough to step into my “office” wearing runners and leggings, surrounded by the calm of mornings by the beach or a day working in home studio of my dreams. As a personal trainer, I get a front‑row seat to the incredible changes people make when they commit to their health — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Community is at the core of everything I do. I love bringing people together through fundraising events, free community sessions, and opportunities to give back. Fitness should feel supportive, empowering, and enjoyable, and that’s the environment I strive to create.

Along with the 16 years of experience, I've continually expanded my knowledge to ensure clients receive safe, effective, and up‑to‑date training.

My qualifications include:

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness

  • THUMP Boxing Level 1 & Advanced

  • Level 1 & 2 Bootcamp & Outdoor Group Fitness

  • Resistance Bands Workshop

  • Level 1 ZUU Coach

  • Safe Return to Exercise (Pre & Postnatal Trainer)

  • Safe Return to Running

  • Female Health & Performance Coach

  • HYROX Coach

  • Athletics Australia Recreational Run Coach

  • Exercise after COVID-19 Certificate

  • Current First Aid & CPR

Outside of coaching, I’m committed to my own fitness journey. I’ve competed in Spartan races nationally and internationally, earning multiple top‑10 finishes. I’ve also taken part in HYROX events and trail runs across the state. You’ll often spot me at local fun runs, cheering on clients and celebrating their achievements.

 

I’m a mum to Mackenzie and Oakley, dog‑mum to Jersey, and partner to Jarrad — so life is a constant juggle of family, fitness, and business. When I’m not training clients face‑to‑face, I’m usually chasing after my kids, developing online programs, working on my own training, or creating new projects for FlickPT and the Happy Hour Run Crew. In the quiet moments, I love to colour, find new playgrounds with the kids, drink good coffee and bake for the kids.

My passion for community and movement drives everything I do, and I’m committed to building meaningful, motivating experiences for everyone who becomes part of the FlickPT family.
