Who this program is for
We've created a program that can be achieved anywhere in the world! It's online and requires no face to face coaching.
We bring you a basic, safe and progressive program to achieve a 5km run distance over 12 weeks!
So this program is for anyone wanting to kick-start their running journey!
What's involved
We'll talk about corrective footwear, expose you to some basic running terminology, support you in our Facebook members community, share basic running tips & give you the tools to be able to build your 5km.
Your program is delivered all online via written formats & videos which allows you to complete your sessions anytime of the day!
Extra coaching
Not only will you receive running sessions, but we have also included a weekly strength workout & a Pilates session to assist with injury prevention & improving strength for running performance!
