All year round we run 10 week seasonal Fitcamps & programs. Our Fitcamps are designed for all abilities:
Each session is different with a mix of interval training, circuits, stairs, boxing, Kettlebells, sandbags, ropes, beach/sand sessions & more!
Perfect for the full-time worker or busy parent, exercise is done before the rest of the family is up.
You get to see some of the magnificent sunrises in Ocean Grove.
BEGINNERS + INTERMEDIATE
Catering for the stay at home mummys, part time workers, retirees, unfit or overweight and anyone who doesn’t “do” gyms.
This atmosphere is relaxing, in a team environment working together with a lack of judgement.....
And YES, we are child friendly!
This time slot is for those who start work early and train at the end of their day, helping to relieve the stress of a busy day, time out from the kids & enabling a good nights sleep.
These sessions are held in Leopold in the FlickPT studio mixing indoor & outdoor training - you get the best of both worlds.

All sessions run for 45-50mins
Casual attendance is most welcome but often classes can be at capacity so bookings are required & not guaranteed.
