Who this program is for
This program was designed for those who want to keep active whilst not in their usual routine or gym environment.
It specifically targets intermediate fitness levels as you're already consistently active but can easily be regressed or progressed if needed.
Equipment needed
The 14 days requires ZERO equipment (ideally just access to a bench or step) and little space as it was based around those on holidays in hotel rooms, local parks, backyards, caravan parks or your air BnB lounge room!
You can choose to do some or all of the 14 days!
Workout & Duration
The workouts are all approximately 30 minutes which includes a warm up, cool down and workout, because let's be honest, if you're on holidays you don't want to be spending your precious time designing and doing a workout!

It's a spicy mix off Flick's favourites - AMRAP's, intervals, Bootcamps and more!
The workouts are to keep you active while enjoying your down time without worrying about "loosing fitness" The app will still keep you accountable.
