28 Day STARTER Program

The STARTER program was designed as an introduction to FlickPT's style of training. Perfect if you are new to regular exercise and would like guidance whilst you build in strength and fitness.

It was also designed particularly for busy parents & individuals who are time poor or lack confidence at the gym. Allowing clients to train with purpose in the comfort of their home. We also believe this program can help form a sustainable active lifestyle.

Who this program is for

The FlickPT STARTER program was designed for those who are ready to start to moving their body. It is the ideal introduction into the FlickPT style of training and creating a maintainable lifestyle. 

This program is designed to mix strength, conditioning, core, high impact, low impact and HIIT to expose you to a range of training styles and movements.

Equipment needed

To successfully complete the program at it's full potential you will require a pair of Dumbbells and access to a bench or step (something safe enough to step on to)

A yoga/exercise mat is also recommended. 

Workout & Duration

The workouts are all approximately 30 minutes which includes a warm up, cool down and workout.

The workouts are all time based, so all you have to do is follow along with the video (no counting reps, yay), concentrating on technique and form. 

 

We start with foundational movements, buildling a base and our confidence. It's a great program to complete before joining the 28 Day SIGNATURE program.
