Meet Steph - FlickPT assistant trainer. This bubbly, fit and down   to earth runner and outdoor lover joined the team in 2019

Most of you have already had the pleasure of training or meeting Steph but here is a little more about this amazing woman & athlete!

Steph holds a Bachelor of Science and Diploma of Education as well have completing her certificate 3 & 4 in fitness and update First Aid & CPR.

Steph is also a qualified run coach and Pilates instructor. With her running history and knowledge Steph is our Monday morning trainer and currently takes the 6am run focused class. You might also find her filling in when Flick is away or popping up to take a pilates class too

Monday sessions are running focused BUT there's a catch.... You DON'T need to be a "runner" if you can jog, shuffle, sprint, plod then this is still for you.

If you run, you're a runner!!!

The sessions are certainly not 50mins of just running... Boring!!!

Monday’s are based on bodyweight exercises with a focus on strengthening muscles that enable & power running. We also focus on core, skills & technique and make sure there is plenty of variety in every session.

Mondays would be ideal for anyone who is looking to improve their current running, has a run based event to train for, beginner runners, those who need to compliment their current fitness regime, anyone who needs to focus more on running focused drills or for anyone who is looking for a beautiful outdoor environment to train at 6am!
It's 50mins of run focused fun!!

Health benefits of running and jogging:

  •  help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise

  •  strengthen muscles

  •  improve cardiovascular fitness

  •  burn plenty of calories

  •  help maintain a healthy weight.

  •  can help prevent Illnesses and diseases

  •  runners high ~ post run endorphins that leave you feeling fabulous!

The perfect start to your Monday!
