Hi, I'm Flick - a coastal born and bred trainer, business owner & local of Ocean Grove for over 30 years.
As a highly qualified personal trainer with over 14 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals from all walks of life reach their fitness goals.
Whether you're in my custom built home gym or the training in the outdoors at the Ocean Grove rotunda, my various training sessions are designed to help you achieve your individual fitness goals.
As a mother of two, I understand how difficult it can be to fit in exercise, which is why I make it my mission to help you stay on track and on goal.
