PRE & POST NATAL PROGRAMS

 Our classes are run by our trainers Flick and Dannii who  both hold a    qualification to work safely with pre & post  natal Mums. Sessions are  the perfect introduction to  exercise & rebuilding your body from the  inside out.

LEOPOLD

Our Leopold sessions are held at the Gateway  Sanctuary Park, BBQ area.

Programs will only run with a minimum of 7 Mums & no more than 12 Mums

OCEAN GROVE

Our Ocean Grove locations is

BBQ Rotunda area at the Ocean Grove Beach (14w)

  IMPORTANT INFORMATION  

The 10 week program only requires one session per week.

Why? Let’s be honest, in past experiences training Mums for over 9 years sometimes just getting out the door is a marathon, we keep this kind and safe program extremely achievable, with the potential to expand when you are ready after the 10 weeks.

We currently work closely with Women's Health Physiotherapists

 

They are our 'eyes on the inside' to ensure each individual Mum is assessed and working to HER level whether you are 6 weeks or 8 months post-partum.

 

Our WHP gives us guidelines around pelvic floor are the exercises are tailored to where our mum is on her journey right now. Laying a strong foundation in pregnancy and beyond. 

We will work with you to: 

  • Love & cherish your amazing pre & postnatal body 

  • Shift the focus of "getting your body back" to rebuilding from the inside out 

  • Build strong foundations & basic movement patterns whilst pregnant & after baby 

  • Look after and strengthen your pelvic floor 

  • Learn to fix abdominal separation 

  • Stretch tight muscles & strengthen weak muscles 

  • Make time for YOU  

  • Enjoy becoming active safely

  • Basic anatomy for all thing pelvic floor, traverse abdominals & abdominal separation

  • Weekly home workout 

  • Support from other like minded Mummas 

  • A space to share your journey
